Vizi's markbook allows a user to easily create and edit assessments from any device with a single, secure online login. Vizi collates every mark so that a user can view markbooks for all of their sets in one user friendly environment. Vizi stores data using a standardised marking structure so that all data is comparable. Teachers have the ability to create assessments, record multiple levels of performance for each student and reuse past assessments to maintain consistency across the whole school.
Vizi comes with common grading systems out of the box, but also allows users to create their own bespoke grading structure. This flexibility allows Vizi to capture data for any grade system (i.e. SATs, GCSE etc..) Target grades can be associated with students and subjects to ensure students are meeting expectations.

Dashboards can be exported and printed for use in reports and performance reviews. The raw data that makes up the dashboard can also exported with a click of a button for use elsewhere.
Vizi's calendar displays a user's timetable, events and tasks. The calendars is highly customisable, allowing a user to filter and apply custom colours to highlight specific sets or event types.
Users will receive notifications of upcoming classes, events and tasks. Vizi's calendar is integrated throughout the platform, certain actions, such as setting an assessment, will automatically create a reminder on the calendar.
Vizi allows a user to access data for any student, set, form and subject that they have the relevant permissions for. Teachers with larger areas of responsibility, such as department or subject heads, can view performance data for their entire remit.
Bespoke permissions can be created to allow users to track and receive feedback on specific students, sets or subjects. Teachers who have permission to view certain students' performance data will also be able to include them within their performance dashboards, as well as receiving timeline updates for that student.
All data can be exported in various formats, including MS Excel and PDF.
