All data that goes into Vizi is crunched by our smart alerts system. This looks for patterns of interest in the data, slumps in performance, consecutive lates, or even top of class alerts. The alerts do a lot of analysis for you and can throw up findings that may otherwise have gone unnoticed, but require action.

As well as performance alerts of who is the most consistent or which student has recently plummeted in attainment, alerts also provide reminders of work that is due and can carry school wide messages to all staff.

All alerts are customisable. Specific rules and sensitivities can be set up for students or groups. Have a student you are concerned about? Set sensitive, high priority alerts for them so that you are kept informed as you, and other teachers, enter data for them.
